Digital bus bar punching machine is used to punch the two ends of busbar in one time to guarantee parallelism between busbar profile and conductor. This parallelism ensures the reliable connection between conductor and joint which can control joint temperature rising. Key point is that machine can adjust the rebound coefficient according to conductor’s material and width. Rebound coefficient varies by bending or different conductor width and this kind of adjustment can guarantee the parallelism.

The automatic joint connection bar processing center is a machine with unmanned operation. Operator only needs to set the related data on the touch screen such as current ratings, quantity, hole distance, raw material length and etc. and strip conductors will be processed automatically. The machine is used in conjunction with RX3D software, which can accurately calculate the bending development length. For workpieces with multiple bends, the software can automatically determine the bending sequence to achieve automatic programming.

This machine adopts a closed bending structure. It not only delivers the excellent performance of closed bending but also retains the convenience of open bending.

Precision linear guides are adopted for both the X-axis and Y-axis, ensuring consistency of bending angles across the width direction. It is equipped with an angle error compensation function, achieving a high-performance bending precision index of ±0.2°.

For side bending operations, the machine features automatic clamping and releasing functions, which guarantee the flatness of the processing surface and reduce arc deformation damage during bending.
