Mylar Film Bending and Cutting Machine is to cut and bend the polyester film used in compact busbar by heating workmanship. The working procedure includes feeding, cutting, punching, cutting, bending, heating, discharging and etc.. This machine can realize unmanned operation. Operator only needs to input the required data on the touch screen such as conductor width, holes postion, holes quantity, heating temperature, cutting length and formed quantity and etc. before machine starts working. The key advantages of this machine are that laser cutting speed fast and acurate , customized shape is acceptable. metered blanking can save materials and labor cost is saved as one operator can control several machines in the same time.

The polyester film slitting machine is mainly used for dividing the busbar insulating polyester film, and the slitting is performed according to the width of the required film. This equipment is divided into three parts: the discharging area, the cutting machine and the receiving area, which can also be set according to the length requirements meters.

The packing platform is used for busbar conductor’s insulation wrapping. Platform is made of iron or aluminum alloy with main dimension of L2800mm*W600mm*H800mm.

The main function of double layer busbar hanger is to fix and connect busbars when installing double layer busbar. Working procedure is that once one busbar is finished, the hanger will lift the busbar up and then the next busbar will enter into the installation area. After the second busbar is ready, hanger will lift the first busbar on the second busbar in convenience of fixing and installation. The kind of lifting mechanism has two options: electrical manner and pneumatic manner.

Automatic assembly line is customized according to clients’ busbar type. It can achieve unmanned operation no matter the busbar is fixed by rivet or bolt. Currently the busbar type is mainly divided into two types: two-piece type and four-piece type.


By automatic assembly and fixing, the automatic assembly machine will help to reduce manpower and improve the product quality and working efficiency. The working principle is to recognize the busbar type and adjust all the parameters in the machine automatically by scanning the bar code. By module interconnection among PLC, network, touch screen and IPC etc., automatic assembly machine can also achieve information communication with ERP, automatic inspection machine and other related machines.

The coil cutting machine is mainly used for uncoiling the aluminum or copper rolls and dividing into required length. This equipment is divided into four parts: the uncoiling part, the compressing part, the cutting part and the discharging part.

Manual inspection machine is mainly used for inspecting short straight busbar, elbow busbar, terminal busbar and etc.. It’s composed of two parts: fixture positioning and main inspection instruments. Fixture positioning part is operated manually while inspection instruments will test the busbar and generate the report automatically.

Manual assembly machine is composed of three parts, pre-assembly station, riveting station and accessory assembly station. It is applied for two types of busbar: two piece type and four piece type. Main function of this machine is to fix the busbar conductor in convenience of riveting. All operation such as rotating, riveting and etc. will be done manually.

Aluminum profile double head cutting machine is mainly used for the cutting and blanking of industrial profiles, aluminum alloy curtain wall materials, corner codes and window materials.

With hard alloy chips, the outer diameter can reach 20 ", which ensures the high linear speed and machining accuracy. This machine tool is equipped with a CNC feeding system, and can be installed with a material support according to customer requirements. It uses precision servo motors, ball screws and imported guide rails, so the repeated cutting accuracy is high, and the motor power is increased by 4KW, which is more suitable for the cutting of industrial profile corner codes and aluminum curtain wall materials.

Semi-automatic assembly line is composed of three parts, pre-assembly station, automatic reversal station and accessory assembly station.

Pre-assembly station: Operators will pre-assemble and fix busbar main parts by the fixtures and transfer the busbar to the automatic reversal station manually.

Automatic reversal station: When busbar arrives in the reversal station, operator shall fix the busbar by clamp and start riveting on one side. After one side is done, rotators will be reversed 180 degrees for other side’s riveting.

Accessory assembly station: After busbar is riveted, operator will assemble the busbar accessories at this station.


Elbow busbar assembly machine is mainly to use pneumatic clamp to position and fix busbar to make conductors close tightly in convenience of elbow busbar riveting (vertical elbows and horizontal elbows). Machine can be customized according to different busbar dimensions.

Self-piercing riveting machine, also called riveting gun, is applied for busbar assembly. It can be customized according to different busbar housing. Before riveting, operator does not need to drill the hole. Machine can realize self-piercing riveting by its pressure and rivet structure.

Automatic aluminum profile saw cutting machine is mainly used for automatic cutting of aluminum alloy materials, or plastic profile materials. The two saw blades can cut at the same time or separately. The saw blade can swing into an angle of 90° - 45°. The machine has highly accurate positioning system and reliable quality.

Automatic inspection machine is composed of three parts, feeding positioning station, inspection station and discharge station. When the busbar enters the feeding position, the control system will select the right testing fixture to start testing from the information identified by bar code or previous assembly line. Three tests will be performed including HV withstanding test, insulation resistance test and grounding test. After test is finished, testing report will be generated. This report can be saved, printed on site and recorded remotely. Its format can be set according to customer’s requirements. Automatic inspection machine is mainly used for batch inspecting on the straight busbar. Elbow busbar type shall be tested on manual inspection machine.
