Semi-automatic assembly line is composed of three parts, pre-assembly station, automatic reversal station and accessory assembly station.
Pre-assembly station: Operators will pre-assemble and fix busbar main parts by the fixtures and transfer the busbar to the automatic reversal station manually.
Automatic reversal station: When busbar arrives in the reversal station, operator shall fix the busbar by clamp and start riveting on one side. After one side is done, rotators will be reversed 180° for other side's s riveting.
Accessory assembly station: After busbar is riveted, operator will assemble the busbar accessories at this station.
