Product specification
High-conductivity copper rod precision-machined / cold-headed, silver- or tin-plated, serves as the plug-in terminal for busbar trunking systems.
It acts as a “removable current bridge”, enabling rapid energization between two busbar sections or between a busbar and a switchboard.

Key Features
Material: T2/TU2 copper (Cu ≥ 99.9 %), conductivity ≥ 56 MS/m.
Plating: 3–8 µm silver as standard; tin or nickel optional; meets national standard ΔT ≤ 45 K.
Design: one-piece solid pin with knurled or slotted tail, giving ≥ 120 N/mm² pull-out force after crimping/casting into aluminum or copper.
Tolerance: diameter h7, length ±0.05 mm; mating force 50–80 N, rated for ≥ 1000 insert/withdraw cycles.
Current density: a single Φ8 mm pin carries 180 A continuously at 40 °C ambient.

Applications
Plug-in mouths of compact busbar runs
LV outgoing copper-bar transitions on transformers
Quick-tap terminals in data-center tap-off boxes
Fast-swap sections of platform busways for rail transit
-
Interchangeability Advantage
100 % dimension-compatible with the supplier’s own busbars, tap-off boxes and elbows—no on-site re-machining required.
