Bus bar Manual Assembly Machine is composed of three parts, pre-assembly, riveting station and accessory assembly station. It’s divided into two piece type and four piece type according to bus bar type. Main function is to clamp the bus bar conductor and make it more convenient for manual riveting and reversal. Automatic bus bar assembly line has four-piece type and two-piece type. Bus bar can be assembled automatically with rivets or bolts according to the design.
The automatic assembly machine can realize automatic assembly of bus bar. It reduces manpower and improves the product quality and working efficiency. The working principle is to recognize the bus bar type and adjust all the parameters of the machine automatically by scanning the bar code. Pre -assembly station: Operators willpre-a8semble and fix bus bar main parts by the fixtures and transfer the bus bar to the automatic reversal station manually.
Automatic reversal station: When bus bar arrives in the reversal station, operator shall fix the bus bar by clamp and start riveting on one side.After one side is done,rotators will be reversed 180 degrees for other side's riveting.
Accessory assembly station:After bus bar is riveted,operator will assemble he bus bar accessories at this station
Digital bus bar punching machine is used to punch the two ends of bus bar in one time to guarantee parallelism between bus bar profile and conductor.This parallelism ensures the reliable connection between conductor and joint which can control joint temperature rising. Key point is that machine can adjust the rebound coefficient according to conductor's material and width.Rebound
coefficient varies by bending or different conductor width and this kind of adjustment can guarantee the parallelism.
